Rex Lucius |
Amadonnia Codex |
Exiled Emperor, Intergalactic Conquistador, Pyronic Galdiator
The entire Amadonnia universe will kneel at my feet.
-Rex Lucius
Rex Lucius was not always the tyrant feared across the Amadonnia systems.
In his youth, he was known as a brilliant warrior prodigy, one of the most promising cadets ever trained at the Akush Elite Combatant School.
As a teenager, Rex trained among some of the greatest warriors of his generation. His classmates included legendary figures such as:
Among this generation, Rex was considered one of the most gifted, but also the most dangerous.
Where others sought honor, Rex sought dominion.
Exile
Rex rose quickly within the Torox military, eventually becoming a decorated general under King Cassius Severus.
However, Rex believed the Torox Empire had grown weak.
Cassius Severus ruled cautiously, balancing alliances with the other Amadonnian empires. Rex saw this diplomacy as cowardice.
He believed Torox should dominate the galaxy.
After several unauthorized military campaigns and brutal massacres during border conflicts, Rex was stripped of rank and exiled from Torox.
For most men, exile would have meant obscurity.
For Rex Lucius, it meant transformation.
The Exile Years | The Gladiator of the Iron Pits
After his disgrace and exile from the Torox Empire, Rex Lucius wandered the outer territories of the Amadonnia systems as a fugitive.
His reputation as a ruthless commander preceded him, and many planetary authorities refused him sanctuary. Eventually, Rex was captured by a group of interstellar slave merchants operating in the fringe systems near the Torox frontier.
Recognizing his size and strength, they did not execute him.
Instead, they sold him to the brutal Iron Pit Arenas, one of the most infamous gladiatorial circuits in the outer worlds.
There Rex Lucius became a slave.
The Arena Champion
The Iron Pits were not simple arenas, they were war laboratories. Gladiators fought against, other enslaved warriors, alien beasts from conquered worlds, cybernetic monstrosities, and genetically engineered predators.
Many died within minutes of their first fight but that was not the fate of Rex Lucius. He survived his early fights barely, be learned and grew stronger. Over time he grew into a killing machine devoid of compassion or fear.
Within months he became the most feared fighter in the outer-galactic arenas.
Spectators came from multiple star systems to watch the massive Torox warrior who fought with savage discipline and terrifying brutality.
He defeated:
• three Draxian war beasts in a single match
• a four-armed Krull champion
• an entire squad of armored gladiators in a survival bout
In the pits he learned something that the Akush academy had never taught him:
Mercy was weakness.
Every victory hardened him, every opponent he killed stripped away another piece of the man he once was.
The Pyronic Awakening
During his final season in the arenas, Rex was forced into a legendary match known as The Trial of Flame.
The arena masters unleashed a colossal fire creature from the volcanic world of Magaris — a monster whose body burned with molten plasma, Magmarok.
No gladiator had ever survived it, but Rex did.
During the battle he seized a broken fragment of the creature’s flaming bone and drove it through the monster’s heart.
The explosion of pyronic energy that followed nearly destroyed the arena.
But Rex Lucius walked out of the fire alive.
The crowd witnessed something terrifying, the flames obeyed him.
From that moment forward he began to manifest the destructive pyronic power that would later define his legendary weapon — the Pyronic Mace.
The Slave Revolt
After nearly four cycles in the arenas, Rex Lucius had become the greatest champion the Iron Pits had ever seen.
But he had no intention of dying there.
During a championship event attended by wealthy imperial buyers and warlords, Rex executed a plan he had prepared for months.
When the final battle began, he turned on the arena guards.
Using chains, broken weapons, and the arena gates themselves, Rex slaughtered the pit masters and freed the surviving gladiators.
What followed became known as The Iron Pit Massacre.
Thousands died in the slave uprising, but Rex Lucius walked out of the arena a free man, and he did not leave alone. Many of the freed gladiators swore loyalty to him that day. These hardened warriors would become the first soldiers of Rex Lucius’ future army.
The Birth of the Conqueror
The gladiator pits did more than harden Rex Lucius, they reshaped his worldview.
The Torox Empire had exiled him for his loss to the Akush. But the arenas proved something different. Strength was truth, Power was his destiny.
Rex came to believe that the universe itself was a battlefield, and that only those strong enough to seize power deserved to rule.
It was after escaping the arenas that Rex Lucius began seeking greater power. His search eventually led him into the jungles of the forbidden realms. Where he encountered the Banshee Sorceress Rua Venus, And where the next chapter of his transformation would begin.
The Pact with Rua Venus
After escaping the Iron Pit Arenas and carving a path through the outer systems, Rex Lucius sought greater power than steel and strategy alone could provide.
Rumors whispered across the fringe worlds of a sorceress deep within the forbidden jungles of the Amadonnia realms, a banshee witch whose experiments blended ancient magic with genetic mutation.
His journey led him deep into the forbidden jungles where the Banshee Sorceress Rua Venus conducted her expiraments with her religous-like followers the Zlovorian Witches. Rua Venus was a master of mutation, dark sorcery, and genetic manipulation.
Where others feared her, Rex Lucius saw opportunity.
The air around the fortress crackled with unnatural energy, and the ground was littered with the bones of creatures that had not survived her experiments.
Rua Venus greeted Rex not with fear, but curiosity. She had heard of him. The exiled Torox general, who became an undefeated gladiator champion in the outer galactic arenas. The warrior who commanded fire and defeated Magmarok.
But Rex Lucius did not come to bargain, He came to claim unimaginable power.
After hours of negotiation and testing his will against her sorcery, Rex offered the one thing Rua Venus valued most, His soul.
In exchange, she promised him an army that would shake the galactic core.
In exchange for unimaginable power, Rex sold his soul to her.
Rua Venus enhanced his body with pyronic energies and ancient mutation rituals, transforming him into a living weapon.
But Rex demanded more than power. He demanded an army.
The Creation of Toni Magma
Rua Venus captured an Icenarian Elf warrior and subjected her to her infamous Celestial Infusion Mutation Chamber.
Through a horrific blend of sorcery, and mutated dragon DNA, she created the first Drelf — a Dragon-Elf hybrid.
The Mutation Chamber
To demonstrate her power, Rua Venus led Rex into the deepest chamber of her fortress.
At the center of the laboratory stood a massive crystalline pod — the Celestial Infusion Mutation Chamber.
Inside was a captured Icenarian Elf warrior, once a proud combatant from the northern forces of Icenaria.
Her body was suspended in glowing fluid as arcane energy pulsed through the chamber.
Rua Venus explained her experiment, stating that through a highly combustable blend of sorcery, and mutated dragon DNA, she’d hope to create a genetically strong airborne, humanoid with the magical affinity of the Icenarian jungle elves that had lungs of magma.
The result would be something entirely new, powerful, bold, monstrous, and highly flamable.
Then the chamber opened. heat and flames expelled from the Celestial Infusion Mutation Chamber poured into the room as the transformation completed.
The figure that stepped out was no longer an elf. she created the first Drelf — a Dragon-Elf hybrid.
The elven warrior emerged reborn as Toni Magma. The transformation had amplified every aspect of the warrior she once was, strength, speed, agility, ferocity. A creature of fire, wings, devastating combat power and lungs of molten magma.
But the mutation had also unleashed an uncontrollable rage. The moment the chamber opened, Toni Magma attacked Rua. She lunged across the room with blinding speed, claws extended, wings flaring like a storm of fire.
Rex Lucius stepped forward and intercepted Toni’s assault on Rua. They clashed head-on. The impact cracked the stone floor. For several minutes the chamber erupted into chaos as the two warriors clashed.
Toni Magma fought like a creature born of pure instinct, claws, flame, and fury. Nothing held back.
But Rex Lucius fought with control and focus, attempting to subdue, while getting a first-hand demonstration of her combat value. He absorbed her attacks, countered her strikes, and finally seized her by the throat and slammed her into the stone floor.
The entire laboratory shook. Instead of killing her, Rex leaned close and spoke calmly.
“You are powerful… but you lack purpose. I will give you that direction.”
Toni Magma struggled against his grip, flames flickering across her skin. Now struggling to breathe her chest began glowing fiery red, and she stopping fighting and began gasping for air.
Rua Venus stepped forward and placing a powerful enchantment on Toni Magma by chanting an ancient incantation, her magic wrapped around Toni Magma like chains of crimson light. The spell bound restricted the impacts of Toni’s fiery hot magma-laced lungs from incinerating her body from the inside, and binded Toni’s loyalty to Rex Lucius. But the sorceress knew something deeper had already happened. Toni Magma had recognized Rex Lucius as the strongest being in the room, the spell did not create her loyalty, it only sealed it.
Toni, began breathing normally as Rex relaxed his grip on her. She winced then slowly stood to her feet. Rua Venus turned to Rex and smiled.
“Your warrior-wife.”
She was instantly drawn to Rex similar to how the flames of the outer-galactic arenas bent to his command. Toni stood about 6’4″, a few inches shorter than Rex Lucius. Her skin burned with crimson energy shifting from red to black depending on her internal mood. Dragon wings stretched from her back, A long scaled tail coiled behind her. Her eyes glowed like molten embers.
Rex Lucius studied the newly born Drelf. Toni Magma knelt before him, wings folding behind her like burning banners. At that moment, the first pillar of Rex Lucius’s future empire was born.
Together they began building a terrifying new army.
The First of the Drelfs
Toni Magma became more than Rex’s consort. She became his most powerful general, the prototype for the Drelf warrior race, the commander of the mutated legions that would soon conquer Torox.
Under Rua Venus’s experiments, more Drelfs were created. But none ever matched the power of the first.
The Beginning of the Torox Conquest
With Toni Magma at his side, Rex Lucius began assembling an army. Soon he would recruit warriors like, Radar Rabbit, a savage berserker warrior, Skarnok, a towering multi-armed jungle warlord, and countless Drelf soldiers. Together they would march on Torox with the help of Brock Jaxson the Nordenheim Prince.
And the empire that once exiled Rex Lucius would soon fall before him.
The Night Torox Fell | Rex Lucius Takes the Throne
The capital of the Torox Empire had never known fear.
For nearly three thousand cycles, the volcanic world of Torox Prime stood as one of the most heavily fortified planets in the Amadonnia systems. Massive obsidian citadels towered above rivers of lava, and legions of armored warriors guarded the royal city.
At the center of it all stood the Imperial Palace of Cassius Severus, a fortress carved from black volcanic stone.
On the night Rex Lucius returned, the sky itself seemed to burn.
Red lightning split the clouds above the capital as thousands of flaming meteors streaked across the heavens.
They were not meteors, They were drop ships. And inside them were the first warriors of Rex Lucius’s new army.
The Return of the Exile
When the first Torox scouts realized what was happening, it was already too late.
The city’s outer defenses were breached in minutes.
Creatures unlike anything the empire had ever seen stormed through the gates.
Winged warriors with dragon scales.
Mutated soldiers with glowing crimson veins.
The Drelf Legions had arrived.
At their head flew a towering figure with burning wings and eyes like molten steel.
Toni Magma.
Her scream echoed across the capital as she descended into the city like a living meteor.
The Torox defenders fought bravely.
But they had never faced anything like this.
The Drelfs tore through battalions like wildfire.
Behind them marched warriors gathered during Rex’s years of exile:
Gladiators.
Mercenaries.
War beasts.
And among them, charging through the streets with savage laughter, was the berserker champion:
Radar Rabbit.
Close behind him came the towering jungle warlord whose six arms tore through entire formations of Torox soldiers.
Skarnok.
Within an hour, the capital city was burning.
The Battle of the Black Gate
The final line of defense stood at the Black Gate of the Imperial Palace.
Thousands of Torox elite guards formed a shield wall beneath the banners of King Cassius Severus.
At their center stood the king himself, Cassius Severus was no coward.
He wore the ancient armor of the Torox emperors and held the legendary the Sword of Severus, a weapon that had ended countless wars.
When Rex Lucius finally appeared at the gate, the entire battlefield went silent.
His massive frame walked through the flames alone, armored in spiked warplate. In his hand he carried the weapon forged during his years of exile.
The Pyronic Mace of Torox, its core burned with molten energy, Cassius Severus stepped forward. The two warriors faced each other across the battlefield as thousands of soldiers watched.
The king spoke first. “You should have stayed in exile, Rex.”
Rex Lucius smiled. “Exile was merely preparation.”
The Duel of Kings
The two charged at the same moment. The clash of the Sword of Severus and the Pyronic Mace exploded like thunder across the battlefield.
Cassius Severus was an experienced warrior king. His strikes were fast, disciplined, precise.
But Rex Lucius had become something else entirely.
Years in the gladiator pits had turned him into a living weapon.
The duel lasted nearly ten minutes.
Every strike shook the ground.
Every impact sent waves of heat across the battlefield.
At one point Cassius Severus pierced Rex’s shoulder with the spear, drawing blood.
But Rex did not fall.
He only laughed.
Then the moment came.
Rex caught the spear shaft with one hand, yanked the king forward, and slammed the Pyronic Mace into the ground.
A massive shockwave of fire erupted outward.
The royal guard was thrown back.
Cassius Severus crashed into the palace steps.
The Escape of the King
Rex Lucius approached slowly.
The king struggled to rise, injured but still defiant.
Rex raised the Pyronic Mace to finish the war.
But before he could strike, a group of loyal Torox commanders activated an emergency escape portal behind the throne.
They grabbed Cassius Severus and pulled him into the gateway.
As the portal collapsed, the king looked back one final time.
Rex Lucius stood alone in the burning courtyard.
Victorious.
The last words Cassius Severus spoke before disappearing were a warning.
“You may have taken my throne, Rex… but you will never rule the galaxy.”
Rex’s only response was laughter.
The Coronation of Fire
With the king gone, the Torox defenders finally broke.
The remaining legions either fled or surrendered.
By dawn, the capital city belonged to Rex Lucius.
Inside the shattered throne hall, Toni Magma approached the imperial seat carved from volcanic crystal.
She knelt beside it.
Radar Rabbit slammed his axe into the stone floor in salute.
Skarnok roared in triumph.
Rex Lucius walked slowly to the throne.
The same throne that had once exiled him.
He sat down upon it.
The Pyronic Mace rested across his knees.
Outside, the city burned beneath a crimson sky.
Rex looked across the assembled warriors and spoke the words that would begin a new era of conquest.
“Torox is no longer an empire.”
He stood.
“It is now the beginning of my kingdom.”
And from that night forward, the galaxy would know his name as:
Emperor Rex Lucius.
The Conquest of Torox
Rex returned to Torox with vengeance.
The invasion was swift and brutal.
His Drelf Legions overwhelmed the Torox capital.
During the final battle:
- Toni Magma slaughtered the elite Torox guard.
- Skarnok tore through entire battalions.
- Radar Rabbit led the berserker assault through the palace gates.
King Cassius Severus narrowly escaped with his life, fleeing the empire with a small group of loyalists.
Rex Lucius seized the throne.
Torox now belonged to him.
War with the Eramet Empire
Rex’s ambitions did not end with Torox.
He soon formed a dark alliance with Nordenheim, whose berserker armies shared his thirst for conquest.
Their goal is singular:
Seize the Intergalactic Portal controlled by the Eramet Empire.
The portal would allow them to move armies across galaxies instantly.
With it, Rex Lucius could conquer entire worlds.
The Day Rex Lucius Killed Zylar Wexx
The Fall of the Last Prime of Eramet
For over one hundred thousand cycles, the Intergalactic Portal of Vey-Ra had never fallen.
It was protected by the ancient empire of Eramet, guarded by legions of warriors and powered by the most powerful sorcerer the galaxy had known in millennia.
Zylar Wexx.
He was not simply a warrior.
He was a Prime.
A being whose body produced Prime Fluid, allowing him to manipulate the Nebulous Forces of gravity, magnetism, and cosmic energy itself.
Under his protection, the portal remained the single most important gateway in the known universe.
And for thousands of years, no enemy had dared challenge it.
Until Rex Lucius.
The March of the Toroxan Horde
The invasion began without warning.
At the edge of the Eramet system, a massive fleet of Torox warships emerged from hyperspace.
Thousands of vessels.
At their center stood the flagship of Rex Lucius — a massive war carrier forged from black volcanic metal.
From orbit, waves of drop pods descended toward the desert world of Nibiru, where the portal city of Vey-Ra stood beneath golden obelisks.
Within minutes the skies were filled with fire.
The Toroxan Horde had arrived.
The Defenders of the Portal
The Eramet Empire responded immediately.
Legions of armored guards poured from the city gates.
Queen Bella Tukana organized the defense alongside the legendary tiger-warrior Lieutenant Sabelo and the royal commander Baako Osi.
At the center of the battlefield stood the towering figure of Zylar Wexx.
His presence alone changed the battlefield.
The air around him bent with gravitational force.
Lightning danced across his armor as waves of Nebulous energy spiraled around his body.
He raised his staff and the ground itself trembled.
Entire battalions of Torox soldiers were lifted into the air and crushed by invisible forces.
For a moment, it seemed as though the invasion would fail.
The Arrival of Toni Magma
Then the sky split open.
A fiery figure descended from above like a comet.
Toni Magma.
The first and most powerful of the Drelfs.
Her wings spread wide as she crashed into the battlefield with explosive force.
Dragon fire erupted from her claws as she tore through Eramet defenders.
Even Zylar Wexx paused as she approached.
He recognized immediately that she was something unnatural.
A fusion of magic and mutation.
A weapon.
Their clash shook the battlefield.
Zylar unleashed waves of gravitational force, attempting to crush her beneath invisible pressure.
But Toni Magma fought with feral power.
She pierced his defenses long enough to spray him with a stream of pyronic acid, burning through portions of his armor and destabilizing his energy shield.
For the first time in centuries…
The Prime staggered.
The Moment Rex Lucius Entered the Battle
Through the chaos of the battlefield, a massive shadow moved forward.
Rex Lucius.
His armor glowed with molten energy as he walked through the fighting.
Soldiers from both armies stepped back instinctively.
Even Zylar Wexx understood the danger immediately.
The Prime steadied himself, gathering the full force of his Nebulous powers.
The air grew heavy.
Gravity itself bent toward the sorcerer.
Rex Lucius smiled.
“Finally,” he said.
The Duel of Prime and Conqueror
The clash between them shook the desert world.
Zylar Wexx hurled gravitational waves that shattered the ground and crushed entire war machines.
Rex Lucius pushed forward through the storms of energy, his Pyronic Mace blazing with molten fire.
For minutes that felt like hours the two titans fought.
Every strike sent shockwaves across the battlefield.
At one point Zylar lifted Rex Lucius off the ground with raw magnetic force, suspending him in mid-air.
But Rex shattered the hold by detonating a burst of pyronic energy from his mace.
The explosion threw both warriors across the battlefield.
Zylar attempted one final attack.
He gathered all of his remaining Prime power into a single gravitational surge meant to collapse Rex Lucius’s body into dust.
But Toni Magma intervened.
She struck from behind, tearing through Zylar’s shield long enough to disrupt his concentration.
The gravitational field collapsed.
In that instant Rex Lucius closed the distance.
The Death of the Last Prime
Rex Lucius raised the Pyronic Mace high above his head.
Zylar Wexx tried to raise his staff.
But he was too late.
The mace came down with catastrophic force.
The impact shattered Zylar’s chest armor and sent a wave of molten energy through his body.
The ground beneath them cracked open.
The legendary Prime of Eramet fell to his knees.
For the first time in a hundred thousand cycles, the portal had lost its guardian.
Zylar Wexx looked up at Rex Lucius one final time.
“You have no idea what you’ve unleashed.”
Rex leaned close, his voice cold.
“Oh… I know exactly what I’ve done.”
Then he struck again.
The Pyronic Mace crushed Zylar Wexx’s chest and extinguished the last Prime of Eramet.
The Shockwave That Changed the War
The death of Zylar Wexx sent a massive surge of unstable energy through the portal network.
Obelisks flickered.
The Nexus destabilized.
Communications across the Amadonnia systems failed.
It was this disruption that would later trigger the portal anomaly that pulled John Mox from Earth into the conflict.
Rex Lucius had unknowingly set into motion a chain of events that would awaken a new Prime.
The War Continues
Despite the death of Zylar Wexx, the Toroxans did not claim the portal that day.
The sudden arrival of John Mox and the explosion of Prime energy forced Rex Lucius to temporarily withdraw his forces.
But the damage had been done.
The last Prime of Eramet was dead.
The portal network was unstable.
And the galaxy now faced a war unlike any before it.
The Earth Conquest Plan
Rex has learned that Earth contains massive deposits of Diamontion, the most powerful energy element in existence.
Diamontion can amplify a Prime’s power enough to reshape reality itself.
If Rex controls Earth, he will control the greatest energy source in the universe.
His long-term strategy:
- Destroy the Eramet defenses
- Capture the Intergalactic Portal
- Invade Earth
- Harvest its Diamontion reserves
- Rule the galaxy
Personality
Rex Lucius is:
- Brutally intelligent
- Strategically ruthless
- Obsessed with conquest
- Believes power determines destiny
Unlike chaotic villains, Rex is disciplined and calculating.
He sees himself as the rightful ruler of the galaxy.
Reputation
Across the Amadonnia systems Rex Lucius is feared as:
“The Warlord Who Sold His Soul for a Crown.”
Even powerful warriors such as Queen Bella Tukana acknowledge that defeating him will require enormous sacrifice.
As seen during the Battle of the Nexus, Rex personally killed the legendary Prime Zylar Wexx with his Pyronic Mace.
The War to Come
With Torox under his rule and Nordenheim at his side, Rex Lucius now prepares for the largest war in Amadonnian history.
His enemies include:
- Queen Bella Tukana of Eramet
- King Kago Xulu
- The Akush Empire
- The Sulu warriors
- And the newly awakened Prime, John Mox
But Rex Lucius believes destiny favors him.
And he intends to prove it—by conquering the stars.
