These Terms of Service (the “Terms“) govern your access to and use of amadonnia.com and related services operated by Vespucci Designer Games LLC d/b/a Amadonnia (collectively, the “Services“). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use the Site. Certain features (e.g., Amadonnia Empire League) may require 21+ and residency in specific jurisdictions (e.g., Arizona), as stated in applicable official rules.

2) Accounts & security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or infringe third‑party rights

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Services

  • Access or scrape the Services by automated means outside documented APIs

  • Upload or share unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or deceptive content

  • Harass, dox, or threaten others; engage in cheating, collusion, or match manipulation

  • Circumvent seat caps, geofencing, roster locks, or integrity mechanisms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

4) Content & licenses

Your content. You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., decklists, rosters, comments). You grant Amadonnia a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g., for formatting), display, and distribute your content for operating and promoting the Services and events.

Our content. The Services, including trademarks, logos, artwork, rules text, and other IP, are owned by Amadonnia or its licensors and are protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use our IP without prior written consent.

5) Event/contest rules

Participation in events, leagues, or promotions is subject to posted Official Rules and any venue‑specific policies. In case of conflict, the Official Rules control for that event. We may modify or cancel events in our discretion for integrity or technical reasons.

6) Payments & prizes

The Site may support optional purchases or subscriptions in the future. Unless specified otherwise, the online league is free to enter. Prize fulfillment may be via Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer and may require eligible winners to provide identification and tax forms (e.g., IRS Form W‑9). See Official Rules for details.

7) Third‑party services

The Services may integrate or link to third‑party services (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, payment providers, social networks). We are not responsible for third‑party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

8) Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

9) Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE.

10) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMADONNIA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AM
